Studying is a period of high pace and strong emotions. At Counseling & Wellbeing we offer professional and confidential support to help you manage stress, anxiety, personal difficulties, academic pressure, adapting to university life and any situation that is affecting your well-being.

What we offer

Individual counseling (1:1): sessions with a psychologist/counselor for personal, emotional, social or academic issues.
Well-being workshops and groups: stress management techniques, organization, self-confidence, communication, coping strategies.
Short-term support & guidance: if you need more specialized help, we will direct you to the necessary services.
Online / on-campus support: scheduled meetings and guidance with practical resources.

How to access the service

Fill out the request in the Portal/Student Services or contact us at info@ual.edu.al
Choose the format: on-campus or online meeting
Receive confirmation of the schedule and instructions for the meeting

Confidentiality

Meetings and information are treated with complete discretion. We maintain your privacy and share data only when necessary for your safety or according to legal requirements.

When to Seek Emergency Help

If you feel in immediate danger or are experiencing a crisis, seek emergency help from local emergency services and notify Student Services immediately for immediate support.
