Prof. Asc. AGRON METO

Prof. Asc. Agron Meto is a distinguished Albanian dentist and academic with notable contributions to the field of dental sciences. Born in 1952, he has built a long-standing career in academia and clinical practice, earning the title of Associate Professor in 2014.He has served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Dental Medicine in Tirana since 2007 and has supervised numerous diploma theses and contributed to doctoral evaluations. Prof. Meto is the author and co-author of many scientific publications indexed in international journals, with a particular focus on endodontics, implantology, and periodontal therapy.

The Faculty is committed to the preparation of competent, critically thinking, and patient-centered dental professionals capable of responding effectively to the dynamic demands of modern healthcare systems.  Furthermore, it seeks to advance scientific inquiry, foster innovation in dental practice, and contribute to the promotion of oral health and preventive care within the wider community.
