Admission Process for Bachelor and Master Programs (IP)

1. Application

For applicants to Bachelor and IP programs, the admissions process includes verification of the State Matura results and compliance with the national admission criteria in force. At this stage, the University reviews the applicant’s educational background, final secondary school results, and all relevant documentation required for eligibility. The purpose of this phase is to confirm that the candidate meets the academic and legal conditions for admission to the selected study program. Only applicants who successfully satisfy the State Matura and institutional criteria may proceed to the next phase of the admission process.

Based on the stages of the State Matura process and the ranking of applicants for each study program according to the established criteria, Aldent University publishes the list of successful candidates. Each candidate listed as a winner must confirm the selected study program and then follow the subsequent registration procedures required for enrollment.

After confirming their study program, successful candidates must complete the registration process within the deadlines announced by Aldent University. At this stage, students submit the required enrollment documentation, complete the administrative and financial procedures, and formally secure their place in the respective program. Registration is finalized only after all required documents have been submitted, the relevant fees have been paid, and the University has verified compliance with all admission and enrollment requirements.

Aldent University publishes the tuition fees for each study program every academic year. These fees are approved and made available to applicants and students in advance in order to ensure transparency and informed decision-making during the admission and registration process. Please find the tuition fees for each study program here.

Classes at Aldent University are organized in accordance with the academic calendar and the structure of each study program. Teaching is delivered through lectures, seminars, laboratory work, practical training, and clinical practice, depending on the nature and requirements of the program.

At the beginning of each semester, the University publishes the class schedule for each study program, including the timetable, course organization, and relevant academic information. Registered Courses
For Master programs at Aldent University, students register for courses in accordance with the curriculum and semester structure of the respective study program. Course registration is carried out at the beginning of each academic period, based on the study plan approved for the program.

Given the smaller number of students typically enrolled in Master programs, course organization is more focused and allows for closer academic interaction, more flexible discussion, and a more specialized learning experience. Registered courses may include core subjects, elective courses, seminars, research-oriented activities, professional practice, and thesis-related components, depending on the program.

Students are required to follow the course registration procedures and deadlines announced by the University in order to ensure proper academic planning and participation in all required teaching and assessment activities.
