Collecting feedback from students and academic staff through surveys has been a long-standing practice at UAL. Today, in cooperation with external partners especially the Institute for Quality in Education (IQE) UAL conducts annual surveys, either comprehensive (institution-wide) or thematic, to support continuous quality improvement.
