UAL publishes Public Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to strengthen transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teaching, clinical training, student services, and institutional performance.
Teaching and Learning: student, retention/progression rate, graduation/completion rate, student–academic staff ratio, student satisfaction with courses and teaching, clinical/practical training completion (hours/competencies),
Student Support and Services:Â response time for student documentation/services, participation in academic advising and tutoring, student satisfaction with support services,
Graduate Outcomes:Â graduate employment/placement rate (where available), employer and alumni feedback indicators, continuing education/specialization uptake,
Research and Projects:Â number of research/innovation projects per year, publications and conference participation, student involvement in research and projects
Partnerships and Community Engagement:Â number of active cooperation agreements (MoUs) with healthcare/education institutions, number of clinical placement sites and capacity, community service/health promotion activities delivered
Quality Assurance and Compliance:Â completion of internal programme reviews (annual cycle),implementation rate of improvement actions, accreditation status of institution and study programmes
