• Guidelines on contracts & rights/access as a tenant: key points to read before signing, deposits, deadlines, obligations.
• Support when you have a problem with your accommodation: conflict with the landlord, unsuitable conditions, moving accommodation, advice on safe steps.
• Emergency housing guidance: if you suddenly find yourself homeless, we help you with guidance and possible options.
Before paying the deposit: quick check (checklist)
• Did you see the apartment physically or by real video-call?
• Is there a clear contract with terms, price, deposit, bills?
• Is it clear who pays for energy/water/internet?
• Are there house rules and safety conditions?
